  • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
  • Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. At least one member of the party must be 25 years of age and stay in the unit at all times.
  • No events or parties allowed. Management may evict tenants and guests with no refund if a party/event is detected. If a party is determined to have taken place, a $500 fee will be charged.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • Respect the house, contents, neighbors, and neighborhood.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • No additional refunds are provided due to nearby construction.
